We aim to provide high-quality educational content. If a course does not meet your expectations, the terms below apply.

Refund eligibility

You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if:

• You have not completed more than 20% of the course content
• You are unsatisfied due to a genuine technical issue or content mismatch
• You have not downloaded or extensively accessed downloadable materials

Non-refundable cases

• More than 20% of the course has been completed
• The request is made more than 3 days after purchase
• Access has been granted and course material has been used

How to request a refund

Email drktvtech@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your full name, order ID or transaction receipt, the course name, and your reason.

We usually respond within 2 business days, and process approved refunds within 5–7 working days.
